1) Go to www.solidrocklandscapingllc.com spend some time looking at our services and portfolios, then send an email to the address listed, requesting a consultation.

 

2) Consultation process- Chris/I come out to meet, walk, and talk about the potential project. Usually 30-60 minutes. The consultation is to discuss Functionality, as well as aesthetics, and Listen to what the client is considering. I have a Horticulture Technology Degree and 20+ years in the industry. I feel just the consultation will be worth the fee. Within 2 weeks of that date, client is emailed a (first draft) CAD Design, some with 3D images/video (see website for examples of CAD design), Also a Fully itemized cost estimate. This cost is $149, paid at first meeting. Cash/Check/CC

3) Prefer to receive a ‘ballpark’ cost estimate before paying $149 for the whole process detailed in #2. Use the same process as listed on #4. 

4) Client sends a detailed email to admin@solidrocklandscapingllc.com explaining the project and including pictures. Include Cell number and Address. Within 2 weeks of that email, I will reply with a ‘Ball Park’ cost estimate, and detailed explanation to help client understand whether the project is something they want to pursue further, and pay the consult cost to get an accurate/itemized cost estimate, or accept the ball park with a +/- 20% margin. 

5) Small project, no design really needed- If your small project is likely to cost <1K, let Me/Chris know when first reaching out. If the project final invoice is <1K, the $149 consultation fee will be refunded at the time the invoice is sent to customer.
